Reminder:

Full camper, Commuter plus, and Spectator Coaches.

Check-in at the Lothian Residence Hall. Next to Lot 14. If you search Lothian Residence Hall on your navigation, it should take you there. 2pm to 5pm.

Commuters

Check-in on Thursday will be at the track team room on the Southside of the curve of the track. That is next to Lot 24. Weightlifting will also be here.

Practice fields will be at the Blaine Sports complex. Next to the baseball fields and Lot 26. For parents watching, that is the parking lot you want. Bring chairs and umbrellas.

IMPORTANT ITEMS

Identification, signed permission form, throwing implements, shoes, water bottle, hat, sunscreen, notebook and pen, toiletries (Linen service includes a pillow, pillowcase, two flat sheets, one towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth, per person).

CHECK-IN

Each participant will receive a packet with the following items: Lanyard, Name tag, Sticker Number (for shirt), Camp Shirt, Wristband, Map, Rules, and Schedule.

We are recommending that people stay at Ayres Hotel in Moreno Valley. It is right next to Costco and has multiple other shopping and food nearby. It has a discounted rate for people associated with UCR, our campus and camps. I am currently trying to set up a room block to guarantee rooms near each other to help with commuters and spectator coaches.

Hotels for commuters, parents, and spectator coaches. Now that full camper registration is complete, I am setting up a hotel block. I am looking at getting an affordable hotel that is safe and has breakfast and coffee near. Once it is locked in, I will send an email out to all.

There will a bus bringing people from the airport on the 17th and they will also be a bus to shuttle people back to the airport on the 20th. Both buses will run multiple times in the day.

Full Camper cut-off deadline is approaching.

June 17th is the last day to register for the FULL Camper.

July 1st is the last day to register for the Commuter and Commuter Plus.
